Liza Tanghal has been working for Dr. Griner as a Physician Assistant since 1998. As an ENT Physician Assistant,
she evaluates and manages patients with diseases and conditions of the ears, nose, throat, and sinuses. Liza performs
all pre-operative and most post-operative evaluations of patients.
Liza completed her undergraduate studies in Biology from the College of Staten Island. Upon completion
of these studies, she then attended the Bayley Seton Physician Assistant Program in Staten Island, New York and has been
a practicing Physcian Assistant since 1987. Prior to joining Dr. Griner's practice, Liza worked as a Physician Assistant
in Family Practice/Internal Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida.
Liza is certified through the National Commission of Physician Assistants and is licensed in the state of Georgia.
To maintain her certification and licensure, she must complete 100 hours of continuing medical education every two years.
Liza has been a resident of Gwinnett County since 1997. She is married and has two chidren.
